An old friend of my mom's, Carol, has a 92-year-old mother who knitted these gorgeous sweaters for the boys. They're just beginning to fit. This is no way to showcase her handiwork -- but I think it shows exactly how difficult it is for us to get these little ones to pose for just ONE picture.
Shaw: Hey, Mom's trying to take our picture.
Crosby: What? Oh. I was deep in thought about our new blocks.
Shaw: Wah! I want to play with blocks!
Crosby: (Still thinking about blocks.)
Crosby: Since we have no blocks, I'll just read your book.
Shaw: Wait a minute!
Crosby: Oh, I've already read this one.
Shaw: (Throwing a fit.)
Mama hands over the blocks. Finally.
Crosby: I knew she'd give in.
Shaw: Are we still posing?
